Asparagus in a way you never imagined (well someone did)

Here's a short and sweet little discovery I made the other day - the fine folks over at Epicurious have released an iPhone app that searches all their awesome recipes - and let's you pick your main ingredient...  so - given the season I put in "asparagus" - and wanted something different.  Beer-battered and deep fried pieces - dipped in a lemon mayonnaise...  AMAZING!

Oh wow - that sounds REALLY good! I can't wait til I have my own homegrown asparagus in, what, a year or two? ;-)
