Breaking News: Verticillium Wilt Spotted!

This is not a good thing to be reporting - more to come later... but... it looks like all my 1 gallon pots of tomatoes are infected with Verticillium Wilt - a nasty fungus that has me cursing... preparing the body bags - and using it as a real excuse to go out for ice cream tonight and buy replacement tomato seedlings (what a setback - from 1 gallon pots to commercial 6 packs). Updates to come.

OH NO!!! That sucks. This seems to be a bad year for starting our own tomatoes... Trust me...I know the emotional rollercoaster you're going through now. ;-)

Yeah - I'll post pictures of the really questionable ones... which would be all 34 plants... which is strange because several examples are RomaVF - as in V... and in should not be able to catch this...
Plus - I have never seen this in seedlings grown in potting soil...
