Some final garden time

Today was a rare gem. One of those days in late November where I could work in a short sleeve shirt out in the garden. So I got rind of last years asparagus growth and mowed everything in the patch down to the ground. It could have waited over the winter but now it's one less thing to have to manage in the spring.
Kelli was also out and about helping me string some Christmas lights and get the last of the Fall decorations put away. Very good day.
All this on the heels of a great Thanksgiving week and terrific deer season so far (2 bucks to date). The sun is smiling on me and I'm taking the time to smile back.
