The Huffington (Cluckington) Post!?

Who knew - HuffPo was really in the loop back in late August of this year.  They ran a photo feature story of the growing trend of "At Home" chicken processing...  That's pretty main stream coverage of the concept of food processing close to the origin of the food.  Which is a rather obvious, good thing.

The article was written by someone who "experienced" the process first hand - and talked with others who experienced it for the first time about the connection to their food.  One of my favorite quotes in the piece is:
"Organic chicken could have been pumped with feed, and not a blade of grass. Foodie labels don't excite me anymore. I want to know the amount of sun, fresh air and forage that animal got during its life. Organic, shmorganic, in other words. Give me the backstory."

As many readers here know - we are very open with the back story we offer.  Very transparent is what we do and how we do it...  heck - this year we COULDN'T have done it without both your participation and your investment.
