Anticipation is "building"

We are just a few short days away from the biggest remodel we have undertaken since we bought the house - the new kitchen counters! It's pretty exciting to be removing the nasty sink in favor of Corian and Zodiaq tops. We are expecting to post a bunch of shots of the work getting done and the final result.
The first step in the process is to build an A-Frame to transport the Zodiaq from the fabricator to our house.

It's a pretty simple structure - the desk top will go on one side - and the island will go on the other. Plans currently are to get it on Wednesday of this week. Thursday will be a bunch of pre-work in getting counters off their bases and breaking down the pluming connections. Friday the guests arrive and the work begins.
