Of power and plows

Kelli has proclaimed that the blog has become boring - "just posts about wire and plows"... So - here's a picture of a box wired in the barn next to a section of insulation that's up... One wire is 10-2 for the 100V service and the other wire is 10-3 for the 220V service. Obviously the 10-2 is a little heavy (could have run 12-2... but the price was so close at Crown - I figured if I went bigger now - down the road - anything is possible). This also shows how the insulation will sit back 2" from the outside wall that's not exactly air tight - allowing for things to breathe. A few weeks ago, Kelli nad I caulked all the knots and holes to cut down on the leakiness... but the battens are not currently tight to the boards everywhere - but that's another project for another time. Now living in the barn is the tractor - and the plow... which is still more of a boat anchor than a plow... Hopefully this weekend I'll get around to extending the top link up to the requisite 18"... and seeing what the NEXT issue will be!
And I promise Kelli - the next post will NOT be about the barn or power or plows!

You could post stuff about Kelli, Watson, stuff you're cooking, gardening, etc?! Or, let me guess, Kelli (and perhaps Watson) doesn't want her picture taken/posted, and with all the other projects, there's hardly time to cook up something fun and photo-worthy!
