The Perfect Pour - In Pictures - Volume 3

At this point in the process - the hard work for me was over - but things were just really starting for the team of 3 masons. If you ever think your job is hard - these guys really work!It was like watching artists paint... as they start to trowel the edges, use the machine in the middle and sculpt the front edges.
Each pass with the machine gets the floor smoother and smoother... closer to the burnt finish we were going for...
Early Sunday morning - about 7am... getting ready for the mason (Scott) to come back and cut the expansion joints... the morning sun is reflecting off the perfectly dry and perfectly burnt floor in my barn!
Tell me that isn't a work of art!

Wow, that's got some serious shine - VERY cool!! And, seriously, I think that barn looks bigger in every picture - I'm very jealous!

They work hard indeed,I have seen.Here in India they also work hard with out the tools that I saw those mason's work with.If you visit India you will be shocked to see.Anyway please visit my blog:
