Besides the barn...

There was not a lot to report on in the barn world tonight - as all I got around to doing was wrapping the posts to prevent inside cracking. So I figured it would be a good time to share some shot of the "other" things that have been going on...
While not tearing off wallpaper or painting or directing the painters - Kelli relaxes while mowing the side (and obstruction free) yard.
Job Posting: SAC Gunner
We are looking for a few good men/or women to man our SAC (Strategic Air Command) guns... it seems that last weekend more than usual the small airfield decided to invade our airspace... Here's one of the better looking crafts.
I guess - in the context of the early morning sky - this guy might have a nice view - you think?
Yup - we have been busy. Inside of the living room/kitchen/back hall is completely repainted... Most borders in the house are gone... Kelli has sewn up a valence for the laundry room and a pillow for the living room that matches all the other work... she's been asking for various tools, paints and primers... Lots happening!

Try hitting 'em with a BB gun!?

We still don't have a lawn to mow (that big project is just two weeks away!), but Brett sensibly decided I didn't need a rider mower for one 1/3 acre, minus all the flower beds and garden space I plan to put in. Bummer. Now I have to exercise!?

That was dad and I just planning on "dropping in" last weekend. We overshot the house, still floating, think we are in Ireland right about now!
