Here’s a short and sweet little discovery I made the other day – the fine folks over at Epicurious have released an iPhone app that searches all their awesome recipes – and let’s you pick your main ingredient… so – given the season I put in “asparagus” – and wanted something different. Beer-battered and deep fried pieces – dipped in a lemon mayonnaise… AMAZING!
