While some people are busy turning their homes into haunted mansions this time of year (and there’s nothing wrong with that) – Kelli stuck with the basics out here. A couple bales of straw from the farmers market – straw that can be used around the garden or as wind blocks this winter for some of the more “sensitive” plantings. We also opted to recycle several of our corn stalks from the mini planting of corn we had… The pumpkins are also ours – planted for this very reason.
It’s a pretty simple country look – we like it. It’s welcoming and certainly feels like the season – if nothing else.
