We knew there were some thunderstorms in the forecast – as a matter of fact Kelli was looking at the clouds on the radar and they were still supposed to be an hour or so away… I was at the kitchen sink making us lunch at 12:45 and saw the huge trees in the corner of the [...] Just a couple of days ago I posted about the inadvertent chicken fatality and rapid preparation… Which let the cat out of the bag that my feather picker is done and works – and that I’m ready for harvesting these birds. But the question still on our “plate” had remained – how do these birds [...] July 9th was Watson’s 6th Birthday… and for his enjoyment and yours (artistic license was taken with the use of the word “enjoyment”) – we have provided a slice of his celebration which also included some meat and ice cream.
